Woody Allen – Age 87
Heywood Allen is an acclaimed American filmmaker, actor, and comedian whose career has spanned more than six decades. He has received numerous accolades, such as the most nominations for the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay with 16. Allen began writing short jokes when he was 15 and subsequently sent them to various Broadway writers to see if they would be interested in buying any. This led to him being invited, at age 19, to join the NBC Writer’s Development Program in 1955 followed by a job on The NBC Comedy Hour in Los Angeles. In May 2019, it was announced that Allen’s latest film would be titled Rifkin’s Festival. In September 2022, Allen suggested that he might retire from filmmaking after the release of his next film which was initially known as Wasp 22 (Woody Allen Summer Project 2022) but is now known as Coup de Chance. However, he currently has no intention of retiring and is very enthusiastic about shooting his 50th feature film in Paris.
