TRINA PARKS – AGE 74
Trina Parks, a gifted American artist, was born and raised in the bustling metropolis of Brooklyn, New York. Her passion for dancing was evident from a young age, leading her to join the prestigious Katherine Dunham Dance Company in 1964. Through hard work and determination, Parks quickly rose through the ranks to become a professional dancer, eventually making a name for herself as a nightclub performer on both Broadway and off-Broadway stages.
Her talents have also been showcased on the silver screen, with notable roles in films such as The Muthers and Darktown Strutters. In addition to her successful film career, Trina has also made a mark on television, appearing in popular shows like The Hollywood Palace, McCoy, Night Gallery, and Dionne Warwick Special.
