Patrick’s song

Apart from its iconic dance sequences, Dirty Dancing is also known for its fantastic soundtrack. One of the songs that really resonated among audiences was She’s Like the Wind. What most people don’t know is that it was written and performed by Patrick Swayze himself. It was originally for another film of his, but it didn’t make the cut. However, it seemed like the perfect song for Baby and it then became one of the highlights of the movie. That it had Patrick’s trademark made it all the more special.
