Hair change

At the start of the film when the Houseman family arrived at the lodge, you can clearly see that Baby’s mom’s hair is blonde. However, it’s red for the rest of the film. So did Baby’s mom change her hair color while on vacation? It’s actually a lot more complicated than that. The actress originally cast to play Mrs. Houseman got sick during filming and had to be replaced by another actress.
