Lena Olin –The Unbearable Lightness of Being, Born in 1955
Stockholm in Sweden was certainly a long way from Hollywood, but Lena didn’t seem to mind when she stole our hearts with the movies Enemies, A Love Story and The Unbearable Lightness of Being back in the late ’80s. Lena had already established her career as an actress in Sweden by then, having performed in the Royal Theater in Stockholm. Her career in the U.S. is characterized by performances like the ones we just mentioned, including Chocolat, Romeo is Bleeding, and the TV show, Alias. Lena was last seen in an episode of Mindhunter but is currently in filming for the TV show, The Hunt.
