Having transformed from a teen icon to a fan favorite over the course of time, Molly Ringwald is definitely worth mentioning on this list. She was born in 1968 and got her first role in 1979 with the TV show, The Facts of Life. That hit helped her land her first movie role three years later on Tempest. Throughout her career, she has been associated with director John Hughes, having starred in three of his successful films Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club, and Pretty in Pink in the ’80s. Molly is currently playing in the TV drama Riverdale and we are expecting to also see her on Tales of the City.
