One of the rescuers had the brilliant idea to whip out his smartphone and document everything. From the video, it was easy to see that the cubs struggle was not over as they reached the boat. One cub tried to hold onto the side of the boat. Unfortunately, it was too high for him and he was too weak to hoist himself up. Another quick-thinking fishermen then grabbed some gear and used it to help the bear.
