It’s an acquisition that’s some distance away from Hollywood. If Downey was looking for a place where he could ‘get away from it all’ or have a splendid holiday, he seemed to have found it in this $11.9-million investment. The seven-bedroom house filled various luxuries and posh amenities sits on a four-acre lot. And of course, we know that Downey is in a period of upturned income with the grosses from the box-office for his movies totaling more than $11,6 billion globally as of 2018.
