Josh Hutcherson – $2.5 Million, Hollywood Hills
This is a really interesting choice, but Josh Hutcherson, one of the celebrities from The Hunger Games film series, owns a wooden mansion. It’s just a somewhat different take on a log cabin. Anyway, his expansive wooden layout is situated in the expensive Hollywood Hills area. It contains a barbecue area and a movie lounge, and the living space is 1,861 square feet big. Let’s also hope Josh has a lot of homeowners insurance coverage in case it ever one day becomes an expensive kindling. He has a movie coming out in 2019 called The Long Home, which is now in the post-production stage.
