Another NBA star who invests in high-end real estate is Kevin Durant. Durant is best known for being part of the back-to-back winning team of the Golden State Warriors. Back in 2018, Durant decided to buy himself a new beach house, which reportedly cost him around $12.05 million. The four-bedroom beach house features an elevator, a home theater, and a gym. His house is also referred to as a “smart house” because of all the high-tech features it has. It was reported back in 2018 that Durant and Imagine Television are working together to create a new show for Apple that features a basketball theme.
