Eminem is an iconic name in the hip-hop scene, and he has done a lot of real estate investing over the years. He once owned a house in Rochester Hills, which sources say was not really used that much by the Mockingbird rapper. He acquired the place back in 2003 for $4.75 million. The house is about 17,500 square feet and has a total of six bedrooms. Some of its amenities are a tennis court, a basketball court, and a swimming pool. The house was placed on the market in 2017, and was eventually sold for only $1.8 million. Back in 2018, Eminem released a new album called Kamikaze.
